Terms

Last updated October 20, 2026.

The rules for buying a ticket to the AI Product Design Summit and attending it, in plain English.

Who we are

The AI Product Design Summit is run by CoFi Labs Inc., Toronto, Canada. Reach us at hi@joincofi.com.

Tickets

An Individual ticket is for one person. Team seats are sold in groups of two or more, and each seat is for one person on your team.

Every ticket includes live access to both days, November 17 and 18, 2026, on Zoom, plus the recordings. Your Zoom link and calendar links arrive by email right after you buy.

Refunds

Tickets are refundable in full up to 24 hours before the event starts (12 PM ET on November 17, 2026). After that they are non-refundable, but you keep access to the recordings. To ask for a refund, email hi@joincofi.com.

If we cancel the summit, we refund every ticket in full.

Changes to the event

We may change speakers, talk titles, or session times if we need to. We will let registered attendees know by email. The schedule on this site is our current plan.

Recordings and content

Recordings are for you, or for the people on your team order. Please do not share your Zoom link publicly, and do not redistribute, resell, or publish the recordings, or use them to train AI models. Taking notes and sharing what you learned with your team is exactly what it is for.

Talks belong to the speakers who give them and are shared with us to show attendees.

Behaviour

Please keep questions and chat respectful. We may remove anyone who disrupts a session, without a refund.

Logos

Company logos on this site show that people from those companies have attended our events, and speaker company names show where speakers work. They do not mean those companies endorse or sponsor the summit. All trademarks belong to their owners.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid for your ticket, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. If something goes wrong, email us first. We are a small team and would rather fix it than argue about it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will email registered attendees before it takes effect.
