We collect only what we need to run the AI Product Design Summit, sell you a ticket, and tell you about future events. We do not sell your data.

The AI Product Design Summit is run by CoFi Labs Inc., 2482 Yonge Street #1135, Toronto, ON M4P 2H5, Canada. This policy covers aiproductdesignsummit.com and the emails we send about the summit. Reach us at hi@joincofi.com.

We collect your name, email address, company name, and what you bought. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

If you buy team seats and send us your colleagues' names and emails, we use them only to send each person their invite, reminders, and the recordings.

After you buy, we email your confirmation, Zoom link, calendar links, reminders, and the recordings. These go to everyone who registered.

We also send invites to our events. You can unsubscribe from those with one click in any email, and we will not email you again about future events.

We sometimes email people at their work address about events relevant to their job, using public professional profiles and licensed business data. Every email says who we are and includes an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe or reply asking us to stop, we remove you.

The summit runs on Zoom. Zoom collects your name and email to let you in. Talks are recorded and shared with registered attendees. If you ask a question in the Q&A, it may appear in the recording.

Our host, Cloudflare, records standard visit data such as pages viewed, browser, and approximate location from your IP address. We use the Meta Pixel to measure whether our advertising works and to show ads to people who visited this site; you can opt out through your Meta ad settings or a tracker blocker. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved only in your own browser.

If you use our contact form or join a waitlist, we keep what you send so we can reply.

Stripe processes payments. Resend sends confirmation and reminder emails. Mailchimp and beehiiv send event invites and updates. Zoom runs the live sessions. Cloudflare hosts this website. Meta provides the advertising pixel. Each has its own privacy policy for the data it handles. Data may be processed in Canada and the United States.

Purchase records for seven years, as Canadian tax law requires. Email addresses until you unsubscribe. We keep a list of unsubscribed addresses so we never email you again by mistake.

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hi@joincofi.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK, or California you have extra rights under local law, and we honour them for everyone. In Canada you can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the date above and email registered attendees.
